Welcome to the Alpine School District collaborative resource. We have created this site to help students and families understand the development of communication skills in children and to provide activities that can be used at home to promote improvement in terms of articulation, language, social communication and augmentative systems.

     Collaboration Weeks  2020-2021

also called "red week" and "consult week"
In most months of the school year, Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs)take a week when we alter our regular schedules. During this time, we consult with regular education teachers, observe some students in class, participate in IEP meetings, contact parents, do makeup sessions for students who did not receive services due to scheduling difficulties and complete treatment planning. The following are the weeks planned by Alpine School District. They may need to be changed by individual SLPs.
  • September 21-25
  • October 26-30
  • November 23-24
  • January 25-29
  • February 22-26
  • March 22-26
  • April 26-30
  • May 24-27
